What CrewShift is
From hours on set to a paid invoice
CrewShift is time tracking and invoicing for film and TV productions. Crew clock in at call time and out at wrap, the producer approves the timesheet, and the approved hours become the invoice. Overtime tiers, night premiums and turnaround come off the clock data, so both sides read the same numbers before anything is signed off.
It is built for the people who carry the paperwork: producers and production offices closing the books on a shoot, and the freelance crew who invoice them. Clocking, timesheets and invoices cost crew nothing, though syncing to your own bookkeeping is a paid add-on. CrewShift is in development in Amsterdam, with pilot intake open for 2026.

Data lives on EU-hosted infrastructure, and diagnostics stay off until you switch them on. From inside the app you can export everything (GDPR Art. 15 and 20) or delete your account (Art. 17).
